Items will ship within 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise (such as made-to-order or commissioned pieces; in which case, a given time frame will be discussed and agreed upon).

We will gladly accept returns of any undamaged and unused items for 14 days after you receive them. Items must be securely packaged and arrive undamaged to receive a refund.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

We do our best to package each item thoughtfully and carefully. Should an item arrive to you damaged, please email a photo immediately of the damaged item in its original packaging to didi@diditings.com & we will issue your refund.

Every piece in our shop is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe (unless stated otherwise). However, we recommend hand washing for longevity of the glaze. Please wash each piece before use upon receiving.

Note: Every piece goes through a final quality check; should there be characteristics that affect the three qualities stated above, they will not be sold. So if you find irregularities (eg. little spot, bump, or crack), you can have a peace of mind knowing that it still meets the three standards and is completely safe to use! This is the nature of handmade ceramics and what makes them unique, and I personally hold myself to high standards of achieving the best quality.
